Ingredients
- 2 cups carbquik baking mix
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl.
Whisk until completely combined.
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, grease the pan with butter.
Scoop about ¼ cup of the batter onto the skillet. Spread out gently into a round shape with the back of your ladle or measuring cup.
