  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 15 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis
  • 1 15 ounce can red beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook and crumble ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink and cooked through. Drain any grease.

  • Pour in tomatoes, Rotel, beans, and taco seasoning. Stir to coat the ground turkey.

  • Pour in chicken broth and stir. Let the soup come to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
