After grating the cucumber for this recipe, I saw another recipe where you puree all the ingredients for the tzaziki together, that would have been easier. I would also recommend adding mint to it, or something, it was definitely lacking. And I actually used ground lamb patties instead of chicken, but still used the "marinade." I would definitely try it again with chicken. This isn't the best Greek i've ever had, but I'd definitely try it again.

Good, easy recipe. Next time I will add dill to the sauce and more olives.

I thought this recipe was good, but I didn't love it. I think it is a good healthy recipe, but it was lacking flavor. I think the chicken was good, but the yogurt sauce was kind of bland. Also, it seemed like a lot of work for the end result. Not sure if I will make this again.

I absolutely love Greek salad and this recipe did not disappoint! I was thinking of adding a little dill/and or mint to the sauce, but it is perfect the way it is too. Yum!

Divine! I would make this again and again. Loved the Greek flavor - feta, kalamata, yogurt, cucumbers, and the great taste of the grilled chicken. A touch too much ground red pepper for my taste, but was balanced by scooping the salad up with pita. Surprised that no one else has noticed the error in this recipe - the "divided" bottled minced garlic. Has anyone figured out where the second teaspoon is supposed to go?

This salad was superb! The flavors were not bland at all (one of my fears). It transported me to Greece, I swear! I am watching my calories intakes so I ate it without any companion (pita or any type of bread) and for my surprise it was veeeery filling by itself, so no complaints there either, since the salad per se is very low calorie so it is the perfect lunch/dinner. I will be making this again for sure! :)

I love this recipe! If I'm in a time crunch, I susbtitute store bought tzatziki sauce. I also like to put the salad mix in a middle eastern pita for those hearty eating nights. Delicious!

I love this recipe. I follow everything exact, except I put the chicken Souvlaki in a pita or grilled tortilla. The chicken is moist and the flavors are fantastic!

My husband and I thought this dish was great! It would be great for a summer get together, nothing formal, just friends gathering for good eats. To decrease the "runny" quality to the dressing, use greek style yogurt. It's thicker and tangier... yum! Also, only add dressing on individual plates, instead of all at once. I do this for all salads in general, so the whole dish stays fresh and not soggy.

I was disappointed considering all the excellent reviews. This is a quick meal, good for a casual family lunch or dinner. But I do not think it is special enough to serve to guests. The consistency of the dressing turned watery quickly which would made it visually unappealing.

Great light supper, quick & easy. Subbed fresh oregano and garlic in the marinade & cooked the chicken on the bbq. Also subbed large clove of minced garlic for the garlic powder in the salad dressing. Served with quartered pita bread, warmed on the grill. Very good.

We've made this salad multiple times, and it is absolutely delicious. The yogurt dressing has a nice kick to it, and the flavors meld together perfectly. Serve with toasted pita bread or pita chips for some crunch!

This recipe has been a staple in our house for several years, it is delicious. I did reduce the red pepper, but you need just a little to give the dish a little "bite". I also add some Greek Seasoning as I'm putting the ingredients together. It adds a lot of flavor and and authentic Greek taste.

I love this salad! It's easy to make, has lots of flavor and uses my garden's overflowing cukes and tomatoes! I left out the red pepper and added a bit more garlic, and added dried dill to the dressing.

Delicious recipe. My husband and I LOVE it. I would caution that it should be served immediately after tossing so that it doesn't get soupy. It's very tasty and absolutely delicious.

The only things I changed were that I used reduced fat tomato basil feta cheese and I didnt have white white vinegar so i just used some cooking wine. Still tasted great. Will make again with the exception of smaller onions.
