Low Fat No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe (1)

With summer winding down, we are trying to squeeze in as many summery desserts as possible at our house.

My two year old eats strawberries by the case full, so I knew this was a dessert our whole family would love.

I love that it is low fat, and requires no baking time. This makes a perfect summer or spring dessert, because you don’t have to heat up the house, by using the oven.

You are going to love how simple this cheesecake is. I am a huge cheesecake critic, and I prefer this over any other cheesecake, because it tastes a little less heavy and thick, but still has all the flavor.

I promise, you need this Low Fat No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake in your life.

what could i top this with, instead of strawberries?

I love the taste of this cheesecake, topped with fresh fruit. However, if you are looking to switch things up, we highly recommend a few other toppings you need to try. Here are a few of our favorite:

  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Peaches
  • Apple Pie Filling
  • Candybars (we love using Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, Twix, Kit Kats, Butterfingers, etc.)
  • Oreos (or any other favorite cookie. We also like Samoa Girl Scout cookies on this)
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Caramel Syrup
  • Cherry Pie Filling
  • Chocolate Chips

You could really use any of your favorite toppings, and totally make this cheesecake your own. It is so easy, and delicious, I promise it will be a hit.
