Just finished 6 weeks beginner training with our australian shepard. Jesse was an outstanding trainer. He really made it fun for the dogs and their owners. He also let us know that we could reach out to him with any questions. His love for dogs was truly apparent and appreciated. Would highly recommend Jesse!!!!!

I went to buy a hamster for my niece. The sales person was very informative and spent the time to instruct my niece on how to care for the hamster. The girl st check out was very pleasant and also took time to talk to my niece, who was very excited about getting a new pet.

I absolutely love Petsmart grooming and Ashley, the groomer I have used for a number of years. She took care of my beautiful cocker spaniel until his death in 2019. Two months ago, we rescued a yorkipoo and I was so happy to see Ashley was still at Petsmart.
She did a FABULOUS job with Cindy yesterday. This was the first grooming we had done. Ashley is an artist and both of my dogs have loved her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very nice and helpful staff, although the entire store kind of feels small and it’s just the outside that looks big, it’s a good store where you can find almost everything you need for a pet

I love this place. Maybe a little too much. I go in for one thing always but come out with more then what I came for. Oh well, my babies are happy with it, lol!

Clean store, friendly workers. Petsmart is hit or miss with what products each store carries. Will price match the online prices at register (usually cheaper online) bring phone and show cashier.

Luana is very compassionate with my puppy Milo. Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable, however, I appreciate the fact that she explains everything to my daughter and I. Even though his grooming visits are short, she is always very helpful and I don’t ever feel rushed or unsettled. Most importantly, I am very thankful that she listens to understand. Luana is a shining example of someone who value, respect, and take pride in their work meanwhile providing tender, loving care.

I have been taking my dog here for years and she always comes back perfect and done the way we like her cut. They are clean and take good care of our little yorki. Update, still very happy with them 2 years later.

Such cute puppy costumes and lots to choose from. Wish they had jerky treats without smoked flavoring added, but otherwise, great store.

Staff is so knowledgeable, especially Luis!!! He took his time to explain about the different types of hamsters and what he believes would be most suitable for my 9 year old. Lines weren't long and prices not too bad, especially if u are signed up as a member. Highly recommend u sign up... free.

The petsmart at Wellington is not the best. Petsmart is petsmart....but the employees make the difference. I have been to others in which employees are way lot nicer and friendly.

Decided to stop in to pick up some stuff for the kitties. They had most of what I was looking for and the pricing was competitive and in some cases better than other stores in the area. The employees were all friendly and quite helpful, answering my questions and even taking me to an items location. Check out was great with a fast and friendly cashier, wonderful experience! Thanks! 👍

The employees are what makes this place great. We get our puppy trained and groomed here and they always do a great job. The prices are average but the people really bring it above and beyond.

There was a mix-up on my pick up in store order ... one of the store managers, Liz, did everything to make it right! She was awesome & a credit to your company in her managerial role! Earlier in the day, I had an appointment with Luana, the manager of the grooming salon, to do a full express grooming of my West Highland White Terrier, Blondie. As usual, she did a FABULOUS job! These two awesome people working in the PetSmart Wellington store definitely deserve a nice raise!
