Remove from Zillow and Trulia

For FSBO sellers with homes displayed on Zillow and Trulia, it's easy to remove your listing: Log in to your Zillow profile. Go to your listing and select Owner view. Click More and navigate to Cancel listing.

The photos on Zillow are typically syndicated from the MLS listing that the Realtor who had the listing posted initially. With our MLS, I have to take down my listing photos from the MLS and then Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc. will pick it up through their web-crawlers and update the images on their end.

If your listing is active through an agent or the MLS, it must be syndicated to Zillow. A syndicated listing can take 24-48 hours to show on Zillow once it is activated at the listing source.

How it works. Now available on the Zillow app, the "hide homes" tool makes the shopping experience faster, simpler and easier by allowing users to press a button on the home listing page that prevents the home from showing up in future search results.
